As a former Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as former Majority Whip, Majority Leader and Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Mr. Quinn knows the issues involved with legislative and governmental affairs.

As a member of the Massachusetts Inspector General Advisory Council and former counsel to the Speaker and Executive Assistant Attorney General of Massachusetts, Attorney James T. Morris also brings an in-depth knowledge of legislative issues and government relations to our practice.
