Mr. Kozcela is a graduate of Fitchburg State College. He served as a Legislative Assistant to Chairman Daniel E. Bosley in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. After leaving the legislature, he became Senior Legislative Consultant for the John Hancock Financial Services Company. He is a current member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce's Government Affairs Committee and the Associated Industries of Massachusetts Chemical Study Group. E-mail
